Hes staring into your soul with his amazing eyes
I finally got my cuts. Don’t worry, they’re not real.
Thanks to some liquid latex, spirit gum, and some makeup, I was able to recreate Ash’s cuts/scars.
Originally, I took some pictures in the bathroom where I took my first Ash photos. However, due to the bright lights in the bathroom, the scars looked really fake. So, I decided to take the pictures here in my room where the light is a lot dimmer, causing the cuts/scars to look darker and a lot more awesome. :)
(And yes, that’s me trying to duplicate Bruce’s signature eyebrow. Yup… trying, yet failing. -_-)
Bruce talks about filling in for Kevin Sorbo on the Hercules set, and the stuff Lucy Lawless went through after breaking her pelvis.
Bruce Campbell discusses Renee O’Connor’s ’steely buns’ AND her competency in what I think is an extra from the Xena DVDs.

Day 2: Favorite character Bruce has portrayed
Its a close call between Brisco County Jr., Autolycus and Elvis. (I’m trying to avoid the obvious answer: Ash.)
First off, Brisco County Jr is HANDS-DOWN, my hero. Like, if I was in trouble, I’d want him to save me. This is definitely one of Bruce’s roles where it doesn’t seem like he’s being himself; He’s playing a different person. In some of his roles, (i.e. Sam Axe, Jack Stiles, etc.) It always seems to me that he’s playing himself, which is all fine and good, but I wanna see what Bruce is capable of doing as an actor. Brisco is brave, caring, smart, and an all around good guy. :)
Next up, Autolycus: The King of Thieves. Now, lemme just get this off my chest first and foremost… I do believe the King of Thieves stole my heart. :P I mean, sure he’s a thief but underneath all that he’s and I quote “A thief with a heart of gold.” Now, I won’t bore with the details, but if you watch a few episodes of Xena and Hercules, you’ll see Auto in action. He’s always stealing something (go figure…) but whenever someone needs his help, he’s always there. Sure, he may help in order to get some kind of reward out of it whether that be gold or a kiss from a beautiful woman, but… eh… I think if you spent some time with him and kinda looked past the whole “King of Thieves” thing, maybe Auto would surprise you. I know there’s a good person in there somewhere. :)
And finally… Elvis! *sigh* I could repeat myself over and over about the special features of the Bubba Ho-Tep DVD, but for the sake of this questionnaire thingy, I’ll try my best not to. So… Bruce Campbell played Elvis, huh? Why not? Have you heard this man’s Elvis impression? Sure, an Elvis impersonator could probably do better, but still… that Elvis voice makes my little fangirl heart flutter with joy. ^_^ And not to mention he plays an old Elvis pretty well. (How many actors have we seen pull THAT OFF?) Even though he’s constantly lamenting about the cancer on his penis, you still sympathize with this character. He gave up all of his fame, and for what? To end up in a nursing home, dying from this cancer without his wife or daughter there to support him.
The role itself is a bit sad, but seeing him have flashbacks of himself performing like he used to, really makes you admire just how well Bruce was able to show us his take on the King of Rock N’ Roll.
(P.S. I would have loved to see him play Elvis in another film. Or a new string of films featuring Elvis battling other monsters. Hey, it could have been a new, popular movie series for Bruce, aside from the ED trilogy. Just sayin’. :)
FFFFFFFFFFFFF!!! THE DETAIL…
THE DETAIL!!!
also 1:50, dat ass.
WHY?!!
Why must they have THREE different Ash figures? :(
